FixBro Interiors aims to deliver high-quality interior services. Our refund policy is as follows:

### 1. Eligibility for Refund

* Refunds are applicable only if the service has not been started.
* If partial work is completed, refund will be adjusted based on work done.

### 2. Advance Payments

* Advance payments made for booking may be refunded if cancelled before work begins.
* Material costs (if already purchased) will not be refunded.

### 3. No Refund Cases

* Change of mind after work has started
* Delay caused due to customer-side issues

### 4. Refund Processing Time

* Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
