FixBro Cancellation & Refund Policy
FixBro is a platform that connects users with independent service providers. We do not schedule services, process service payments, or manage service execution. As such, traditional booking cancellations do not apply on our platform.
No Booking Cancellation
FixBro does not provide booking or scheduling services. Users connect directly with service providers after unlocking contact details. Any changes, rescheduling, or cancellations of service arrangements must be handled directly between the user and the provider.
Platform Fee (Contact Reveal)
A small platform fee may be charged to access provider contact details. This fee is used to maintain platform operations and facilitate connections.
- The platform fee is non-refundable.
- Once contact details are revealed, the connection service has been completed.
- No cancellations apply after access has been granted.
Payments Made to Providers
FixBro does not collect or manage payments between users and service providers. All financial transactions for services are handled independently between the parties involved.
- FixBro is not responsible for service charges.
- FixBro does not process service refunds.
- Disputes must be resolved directly with the provider.
